« Small but comfortable cabin totally away from it all — but not too far from town (as long as you have 4X4 or AWD!). The view from the porch is as good as the pictures suggest. And the owner was great, making the check-in process easy, communicating well, and giving great area suggestions. It's great to have a dog-friendly place, but just a note, there isn't much room for the dogs to roam. But pack them in your car and take them on your adventures, of which there are so many nearby. »

« Very clean, cozy location minutes from skiing, far enough from civilization yet close enough to the locations you need. Property is a bit tucked away, but the owner gave great instructions how to get there. Nice working wood burning heater for ambiance and wonderful views from the balcony of mountain sunsets. I would recommend to anyone just wanting some time away. »

« We had the best weekend staying in cabin 3. The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths for the family. The beds were comfortable and blankets warm. The cabin is so super cute and had the best rustic charm, it was perfect. The creek right outside the back door was the best and so peaceful. We were so close to downtown but yet felt like we were out by ourselves too, the best of both worlds. I had a question about...

« This beautiful property had all the amenities that one would need in a peaceful, serene setting. The nightly elk visits were beyond belief! The house was clean, well stocked and in a great (easy to access) location- especially for those hauling a trailer. The owner was responsive and friendly. « We have been vacationing in Maggie Valley for 20 years. Most of that time we have stayed at Pioneer Village. It is one of our favorite places in the world. We have gotten to know Ronnie and his wife and are so impressed with their customer service and the quality with which they maintain the beautiful property.
