As with any trip, unexpected situations can happen, including changes in weather or illness. While travel insurance isn’t required, we do encourage it for peace of mind, as this property’s cancellation policy is firm and non-negotiable. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we truly appreciate your planning ahead.

Please note: This property is located in the mountains, where seasonal weather, high winds, rain, snow, fallen trees, and other natural conditions may occasionally cause temporary utility outages, including power, internet, water, or cable service interruptions. While these situations are outside of our control, our team reports outages as soon as we are made aware and stays in communication with the appropriate utility providers. Local utility crews are typically very responsive in this area and work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of mountain utility service, discounts or refunds are not offered for outages lasting less than 6 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as part of the mountain experience.
