« Be aware, this host charges for damage whether you are responsible for it or not. Take pictures of everything or else you will pay 500 on top of your stay. Host would not provide me with repair estimates or pictures. Host accused my party of going under the house which was full of mosquitoes and standing water and jumping on the pipes. The yard was full of water and vehicles got stuck. If anything else is available, I would choose it instead. »

« The house was cute from the outside and nicely decorated. The inside was not clean at all! The trim was dirty and full of dust. Walls and light switches were dirty. The cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms had stuff splattered all over them. A few of the dishes in the cupboard were crusty. The upstairs shower curtain was stained along the entire bottom, a foot from the floor. They had touched up the paint in the lower bathroom with a completely different color. « Loved this little getaway! Perfect for a couple! The walk to the ocean was easy! Property was clean and had plenty of linens and dishes to accommodate us. Both a coffee pot and a keurig. They provide a few trash bags, sponge, paper towels, one roll of toilet paper - just thought that would be the most helpful info to know before you go. Loved it! Would recommend. Would stay again.
