„Very nice view of the lake. Very helpful staff. The rooms have a private onsen hot tub on the balcony. The rooms have tatami and are set up to sleep on the floor. You can request a bed frame to elevate the futon, but it's better to request a bed when making the reservation (although you may enjoy sleeping on a futon, Japanese style).“

„This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are a little dated by current standards but the view and the staff make up for that. The dining experience was great and the hostess was so helpful and genuine. The food was excellent. We when on the morning cruise with departed from the lakefront of the hotel. The hotel provides a breakfast bento to eat while you cruise. So happy we stayed here. “
