« The property is fine but getting really old and need a refusrbishment.
Staff is not professional at all. They charged me the rooms more than twice and after almost two months, I am still waiting for my money. Impossible to solve my problem.
Transfer from the airport is finally charged after the promise to offer it to me. »

9.2 sur 10, Merveilleux, (266 avis)
« With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. »

« Hotel très daté. personnel tente de combler mais l'état de l'etablissement est tellement mediocre que c'est peine Perdue.
Chambre nettoyée mais usée. prise hors des murs, baignoire inutilisable (brune au fond). Parquet qui se décolle, etc.
Le lit était très confortable.

« The room which was supposed to be the best in class was pretty ordinary but it would have been ok if things were working
1. The tv had no audio (starts with good audio and in 30 seconds goes mute) it’s a very tiny screen for the room in any case
2. Lights in the room and shower flickered constantly was not for faint of heart very scary
3. Service was poor had to ask multiple times for a basic towel we were three and only two towels were provided it was so slow that we had to share a towel
