« La réception est fermé jusqu'à 5h00 pm et pourtant l'arrivée est prévue à partir de 2h00 pm.
Les chambres sont simples pour le prix. Par contre, le déjeuner est très bon. »

« We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable. »

« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night.
Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews.
Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive.
Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly. »

« The rooms were really clean, and the staff was amazing. They were helpful and attentive to anything that I needed. The food, oh my, the food - so, so good. Over the course of a week, I had the fish & chips, the burger, a chicken Caesar salad, and multiple variations of the eggs Benedict. The location is great, providing lots of opportunities to explore and walk around. Thanks, Hartford Hall! »
