The open floor plan boasts a stone gas fireplace, and the fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and coffee machine. Each room is equipped with wireless smart TVs, and there s an in-unit washer/dryer in the upstairs hall. Note that this complex offers no additional parking outside of the 2-car garage. (no parking is allowed in the driveway of this complex as it will block traffic and no additional parking spots are available outside of the garage)
