I don't usually review properties that I stay at. Hopefully, this will encourage the owners to make sure that no future guests have the experience we had. 3 days, right before Christmas, family ski trip to Mammoth. We come every year, and have stayed at numerous properties. We arrived at night. It was dark, very cold, and windy. The key code I was sent for the front door did not work. It took way too long to reach someone who could reset it, while we stood in font of the door.The smoke detectors' batteries were low, and beeping continuously. We told the management. I finally had to pull the detector out and remove the batteries. Someone came the next day, put new batteries in, it started beeping again, but they left. I had to pull it out again.There was animal feces in the bed. All over the pillow and under the sheets. Clearly, no one had checked or prepared this house for us. I took pictures and sent them to management. They said someone would clean it (they showed up the next day). No one could use the room.The party next door. The kids went all night long. They had their balcony door open so everyone could hear. After midnight, we were still awake because of it. We told management, and nothing happened. The 2nd night, after midnight, I had to walk over and knock on their door. Dirty utensils, broken wooden spoons.I did email the management to let them know my experience before writing this review. They never responded.
