We stayed with 8 total people in the condo and it worked out perfectly. The property was super clean and really fit the mountain vibe of Mammoth. We loved the pellet heater that not only kept the first floor warm but also helped dry out the gloves and boots from hours of being in the snow. The rooms were plenty big and having two king beds with on suite bathrooms worked out perfect. The loft room was great for the teenagers and after opening the windows that overlooked the living room (really cool touch) the room stayed warm all night. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was really cool. There were multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk and I noticed on the last day that the green line bus picks up 50’ from the front door to take you to the ski resort. There were only a couple of little things we noticed but none of which would stop us from coming back again next year. The bathrooms never did really heat up so while the water was hot, getting out of the shower took some willpower. The other thing was there is an odd window in one of the bathrooms that should probably have a window covering over it. Overall this place is spectacular! Location, comfort, vibe all were excellent. Rachel was super responsive the entire trip answering question I had. There is a fantastic binder with all the answers to those questions and wouldn’t have had to bother her if I had read it first. We will definitely come back
