Our stay was overall fine, but there were a few big frustrations for which I will not stay with a Grand Welcome Mammoth managed property again. First, there was no lockbox at the property for the key, so we had to drive all the way across town to pick up the key (and drop it off when we left). This was lost time and frustration on our trip, especially considering how cheap/easy it is to throw a Key Lock Box on a door. Second, the property inaccurately explained there was only 1 parking pass for the unit. We were confused by this because a sign in the condo parking lot said two cars per unit. After we shuttled our 2nd car across town to parking for the weekend, we arrived into the unit to find 2 parking passes inside. This again cost us time and was very frustrating. We were a group of 4, and planned on using the two fold out couch beds advertised in the listing. This is advertised as a 4 person listing. When we arrived at the unit though, there was only 1 single extra pillow. Not having at least two pillows for each fold out bed, advertised as sleeping spots, is ridiculous. We had to go buy an extra pillow so that one of us did not have to sleep without one. Additionally, one of the sheet sets for the fold out couches had a series of dark stains on it. This was gross and I am surprised it was not caught by the cleaning crew they claim is so detailed. Otherwise the unit was fine. The property managers were responsive to text.
