Enjoy incredible mountain access from this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath Timber Ridge condo in Mammoth Lakes. Offering approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, this top-floor property sleeps 4–5 guests and includes a private 2-car garage and ski-in/ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain.

During the ski season, a blue run begins approximately 75 yards to the right of the front door and provides access to Eagle Lodge. From the marked access point, there is also a short, easy black run leading toward Canyon Lodge.

Inside, vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and large windows create a classic mountain atmosphere with beautiful views of the White Mountains and Sherwin Mountains. The comfortable living room features a leather sofa, Smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. Additional bedding is available for the sofa, although it is not a sleeper sofa. Step outside onto the private deck to take in the surrounding mountain scenery.

The open living area includes a corner dining space with bench seating and a fully equipped galley-style kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, deck access, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located off the hallway.

A private 2-car garage provides convenient covered parking and storage for your mountain gear.

Timber Ridge is an excellent location in every season. In winter, enjoy direct access to skiing and groomed runs connecting toward Eagle and Canyon Lodges. During the warmer months, restaurants, shopping, the Lakes Basin, hiking, and Mammoth's bike paths are all within a short drive.
