« The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with a view of the mountains. Food is good though breakfast is severely limited. I find the hotel is over priced considering their are plenty more hotels in Manali which offer better services and rooms. If you book in advance you will be able to find more price worthy options. »

« This hotel had such promise, nice communal areas, large rooms and in a good location close to the town center. However, not only was the food very expensive and not of a high quality, this hotel was so cold and had such poor heating. In the middle of winter at times -2dc through the day, neither of the two communal fires were lite and there was no other heating in the entire hotel. « Hotel is very nice. It has good location and great views. It has place to sit or walk around with scenery all around. Staff is excellent. Food is good although a bit expensive. The water is hot but have to keep taps open for cold water to drain and this causes wastage of water. The hotel rooms are good and spacious. There are nice places eg. Poolside and in park facing mountains- to sit with family and eat food. »

« The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless »

« The resort is designed in a very nice way. You feel very close to the nature. The environment is very calm and soothing and you can hear the birds chirping around. The only thing that one needs to know before booking this is that it is far from city center. Great if you have your own vehicle or else you will have to hire taxi to roam around »

« Very old rooms and dirty rooms. Had to leave the despite staying for one day instead of two. Not recommended for the price we paid . We went to another hotel for the same price but with much better facilities and service »
