„This apartment is in a beautiful spot and was very clean. The layout is great with common space on first floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on second floor. The major downside is that the entire apartment smelled like a dirty diaper during our stay. We were told it was the septic system by the sea but even keeping the bathroom door closed did not lessen the odor. Thankfully we didn’t stay around the apartment except to sleep, but it’s a large price tag a place that smells so rough. “

„Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tipps für alles in der Umgebung. Wenn man den Aufstieg von 130 Treppen zum Apartment ignorieren kann eine perfekte Lage, wir sind ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Mit dem Parken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Der nächte Sand Strand ist in lerici etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Hochsaison sollte man früh los fahren um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. „Pros of the property - Antonella was very easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The property was in an excellent location and just a 5 minute walk from the train station and the beach. Cons of the property - The church bells go off on the hour and are very very loud if you are sleeping. Also, the stand up fan in the bedroom does little to circulate cool air and needs to be replaced. This property is a little quirky and dated but it is clean and easy to get to.“
