„Nice hotel, good location depending on who you‘re dealing with. The hotel is in its ages and needs some renovation here and there. Also staff could have been friendlier. Overall a nice stay but not outstanding as I am used to from Shangri-La. “

„In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it. Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service. We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel.“

„Wow talk about Filipino hospitality and this Westin shows it. Very friendly staff, all smiles. Convenient and walkable location to upscale shopping to shangri-la and the huge SM Megamall. All walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Hotel itself has a selection of restaurants from common breakfast or a fancy rooftop dinner. I will honestly stay again.“
