„Nice hotel, good location depending on who you‘re dealing with. The hotel is in its ages and needs some renovation here and there. Also staff could have been friendlier. Overall a nice stay but not outstanding as I am used to from Shangri-La. “

„Wow talk about Filipino hospitality and this Westin shows it. Very friendly staff, all smiles. Convenient and walkable location to upscale shopping to shangri-la and the huge SM Megamall. All walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Hotel itself has a selection of restaurants from common breakfast or a fancy rooftop dinner. I will honestly stay again.“

„In general a good, nice and confy hotel. A little bit aged, standlamp was damaged and not stable with its stand. The pool was very fast crowded as it is not really big. No big opportunities to sunbath, as a lot of skyscrapers around it. Location is great, easy accessible and the staff was always super friendly. Very good and fast cleaning service. We had in general a good and comfortable stay but enjoyed the pool facilities in a different hotel.“

„Check in und check out geht immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Man darf nicht im Zimmer essen aber das ist auch richtig so damit das Hotel sauber bleibt. Es gibt ein Lobby in jede Etage wo man auch Getränke Automaten gibt. Es gibt auch eine Spa-Massage in die 5. Etage sowohl als auch einen Convenience Store und liegt genau in die Mitte von Makati und Quezon City und ist gut erreichbar.“
