Villetta Petra is located in San Pietro in Bevagna, in a strategic position that allows you to reach both the tourist center with all services and the beaches with the crystal blue sea in just 1 km.
Moving by car you can easily reach the tourist areas of enogastronomic and cultural interest, such as Manduria, a Messapian city rich in churches and monuments, where you can visit the Museum of the Civilization of Primitive Wine doc, make routes and tasting activities, visit the local wineries.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per stay.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
