Several of the Philippines` upscale and tallest buildings, namely The Gramercy Residences, The Milano Residences, The Knightsbridge Residences, and Trump Tower Manila are located here, as well as the Century City Mall.

Century City neighborhood is well-connected to the rest of the city via a network of roads and public transportation. There are a number of restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as a number of parks and green spaces.
