« Kevin and Laurie have been wonderful hosts. The cottage was spotless, with a lot of new modern touches. Sunsets are amazing, and we were lucky to be there post-season, so not sure how busy the beach gets during the summer. Water was very shallow. Great and safe for families with small children, but if you expecting to jump into the water this is not your location (at no fault to Laurie and Kevin!) This cottage met our goals and gave us the opportunity to unwind and relax! »

« We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. « While there were many good points about the property there were also some disappointments. This is a pricy rental but some amenities were lacking such as the outdoor furniture. The old well used metal chairs/ love seat have seen better days. There was only one moveable chair to be able to sit on the dock. Many window screens had holes or were poorly patched. Family home atmosphere -big enough to escape the crowd & cozy enough for family entertainment.
