« We went to Georgia for a special Vampire Diaries themed sweet sixteen girls weekend. We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. « It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. »

« The property was perfect for our group. Very spacious, exceptionally clean and the neighborhood was quiet and close to food and grocery stores. We were less than six miles to our family destination so it was perfect commuting. I would definitely book again. Coming off a five day cruise and having the opportunity to do our laundry was an added bonus to not travel back to NC with dirty laundry. I highly recommend the property. »

« My family and i visit to Conyers was for a conference and we really enjoyed our stay at this quaint, cozy, and very clean property! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept and the location is accessible to many stores and restaurants. « This was one of the nicest spots I’ve stayed at before. The only remotely negative thing was that a couple towels were stained and it says they provide shampoo but there wasn’t any. I would recommend updating pictures of the back porch, because we took advantage of the outdoor seating and there is a grill that we didn’t know they had. I loved the set up of the house and the communication with the host was fantastic. Would 100% stay here again. »
