« My husband and I had a wonderful time in the Sunset lodge. We enjoyed all of the hiking trails, spending time down by the water and enjoying a private campfire. We would recommend any couple looking for a relaxing weekend in nature and beautiful surroundings. »

No running water to the small cabins, but there is access to water for washing hands and dishes in the cabin. Its about a 15-20 min drive to Superior for anything you may need, or duluth just a bit further! We were looking for a quite, private getaway and this was perfect! « Cabin was just what we needed- peaceful area - outhouse light from inside cabin was a helpful touch—quick response from staff with questions- outhouse was a bit stinky and wish the fridge was bigger but it was a great stay can’t wait to go back! »

« Clean, lovely cabin on the water close to restaurants and groceries. Communication is weird because of the corporate level involvement. Clearly a press to communicate clearly, but it came from several different contact points which was confusing. But I appreciate the kind interactions and information. Was a great stay, and we enjoyed our time. A handle on the sliding glass door would be appreciated as it’s the main traffic point once moved in. »
