  • The Armadilla Villa is a fully renovated house perched majestically on the cliffs of lake Marble Falls. Two blocks away from local breweries and the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe! Our charming villa boasts the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, promising an unforgettable getaway for you and your loved ones.

    The Armadilla Villa main house has three beautiful bedrooms boasting two primary rooms with 2024 mattress' and a queen suite perfect for extra guests. The fully renovated kitchen and large dining area is perfect for your family gathering! The Casita - or as we call it - "The Little Dilla" is a separate cabin ready for your guests that might appreciate the privacy. The little Dilla has a 50in tv, a mini fridge, full bathroom, coffee maker and microwave.

    The View from the Armadilla Villa (and the little dilla) patio will take your breath away! Come check it out and don't forget your 4 legged friends !! That's right - we're dog friendly!!

Beautiful view… Great patio! Comfy beds! Great host! Just a suggestion …it would be so nice to have some “clean” or “organic” coffee, soaps, & maybe a Berkey water filter? We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and nice place to stay. Lots of stairs, so be cautious. Host was very easy to communicate with. Great view with great vibes. You can see deer, the lake and beautiful hills from the porch. My entire family had a great time.

This place was fabulous. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful patio, and great hosts. Our group had three couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed hanging out and relaxing after rounds of golf. We will definitely be coming back

The house was very clean and beds were comfortable with great bedding. Hour was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. A great location in Marble Falls. Very close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. A must visit is Pottery Ranch.

The property itself was very nice and clean. However, it is on a very steep incline and there are lots of stairs so it is not very convenient for senior citizens or anyone who has problems with their hips.

Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig plus brew coffee makers, coffee provided, lots of bottled water in fridge, all supplies in showers, shampoo, body wash. Most comfortable beds and linens ever! Even provided bird seed and deer corn, which we put out to enjoy wildlife. Beautiful deck view over river with table and chairs. We loved this place, best ever, top rating!

This place was everything we needed and more! Scott was an excellent host. The property was very nice, clean with lots of extra amenities and conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the Beloved Art museum with has been on our list of things to see! Highly recommend this property and host.

Great Location and House

Great property. Scott is very accommodating. Highly recommend for a golf weekend in the area as it is close to all of the courses in the area. Very clean and well stocked.

Magical Marble Falls

We LOVE this town and try to come every year. The Armadilla Villa is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Next time we are in town we will check out another VRBO by the same owner.

We had a wonderful family weekend at Armadillo Villa. The pillows in the master bedroom were the best I have ever had at a rental. The shower in the master need to have the drain cleaned. It was not draining well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The upstairs deck had great views, nice breezes, and was perfect for family time! The open common area made cooking together fun & all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Host was very responsive & helpful!

Quiet and serene property

We enjoyed a couple of days just relaxing and visiting with local friends. This property is beautiful and well appointed. Hosts have everything you may need. Cold waters in the fridge are definitely a bonus. Will book again with family on next trip to Marble Falls, our hometown that has grown up 😀

We had an amazing stay at the Armadillo Villa! The property sits just off the water and offers absolutely gorgeous views—it’s peaceful, serene, and the perfect place to unwind.There are so many great spaces to gather. The ground level was one of our favorites, with a cozy fire pit, shaded outdoor seating, and a table that made it easy to relax and spend time together. Upstairs, the patio provides stunning water views and an airy, refreshing feel both in the mornings and evenings.The beds were incredibly comfortable and gave us a truly luxurious night’s sleep. The home itself is spacious and ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room to gather and connect. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, which made our stay even more convenient.One of the best features is the location—so close to downtown and the Bluebonnet Café, making it easy to explore and enjoy local spots.Overall, this is a fantastic getaway—perfect for a weekend escape or even a longer stay. There are so many positives, you really can’t go wrong booking here. We would absolutely stay again!

Great place for 4 couples

We picked this house because of the 4 separate bedrooms. We had 4 couples in for a golf outing. The owners were VERY nice and accommodating. Place is very clean and decorated beautifully. Best thing about the house is the patio and rhe magnificent view of the river and the deer nearby! Beds were comfortable and the showers were updated! It seems like the house is a new build. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Beautiful home! Perfect for family getaway. Great view of the river!

The house was beautiful, everything we needed and more. Scott even went so far as to purchase a new toaster when I messaged pta if home had one. Also, very quick to respond! Came right over when I had locked us out of the extra MIL suite! Which is adorable and fully equipped for someone to stay in comfortably! Over all it was amazing and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Scott!
