The Istrian house is located in the small village of Rakalj, on the west coast of the bay of Rasa in south-eastern Istria. The place offers enchanting landscapes and a sun-kissed sea, far from the crowded tourist resorts.
The front terrace with an awning offers a large dining table and chairs for pleasant gatherings. Two parking spaces are available.
The stone house is spread over two floors and can accommodate six people. The master bedroom on the first floor has a 180x200 cm king-size bed, a 100x200 cm single bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen-size double bed measuring 160x200 cm. The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor also serves as the third bedroom. There is a fireplace, a TV with satellite channels, a sofa and a bed measuring 120x200cm. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. A large dining table with chairs is also available in this room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC. Wi-Fi Internet access is also available. Due to the 50 cm thick walls, air conditioning is rarely needed, even when temperatures are high.
The market and restaurants are 300 metres away. The beach is about 1.2 kilometres away. There are also a number of beautiful, secluded and therefore privacy-secure beaches. The surrounding area is rich in flora and fauna and is therefore an ideal destination for hikers and hunters. Or visit the cultural and historical attractions, such as the church of St Agnes.
Shared with the neighbouring house on the same property is a 25 mÂČ swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol and seating, as well as a 70x50 cm stone barbecue for guests' use. The garden plot can be separated via a 1.2 metre high movable fence, making the two sections completely independent. There is also enough space with play equipment for children.
