„There are quite a few hotels in Dar Es Salaam, but never judge a book by its cover. I have been to many different high price beautiful exterior hotels in Dar Es Salaam and none of them provided the service like Sleep Inn Hotel City Centre. Customer service is excellent and friendly staff, convenient location, variety of foods and restaurants. Clean bathroom, clean rooms. The overall hotel is a gem. Whenever I return to Tanzania, that's where I'll be staying. “

„We stayed a total of 7 nights at this hotel (at beginning and end of our Tanzania/Zanzibar trip) and we were truly impressed. It is a 4-star hotel with 5-star service! Every single employee is polite, cheerful and helpful. The rooms are smartly decorated, most with good views, some with ocean views. Restaurant with a spectacular breakfast buffet. (I believe they also have buffet serving at lunch and dinner, but a la carte as well). Café on the streetlevel with terrasse. Bar up on the lobby level ...

„Best staff you can find in Dar. From outside the Hotel doesn´t look that good, but the rooms (+12th floor with ocean view) are really good. I´ve been in more than 10 different hotels during my 20 visits of Dar in the last 10 years, this is my hotel for the next 10 to come. Only thing that should be improved is the breakfast. “

„When you are looking for a neat and comfortable place to visit and explore DAR, you have a good address here. Staff is helpful, rooms are small but with a pretty ambient, the restaurant provides tasty food and the bar is ok. The hotel is clean and shows a standard above the average. It's city center and places like Holiday Inn, Rhapsody, Serena are close by. It's not five star but a loveable place to stay for some nights for a medium budget.“
