« They wouldn’t allow a woman friend into my room for some reason. Very strange she was locked out of her hotel room they rather would had her sleep on the beach. »

« Good place to stay but property needs updated too old »

« One of the worst experiences I got from this property according to my global traveling experience this Hotel I can consider one star not rather than that. I booked from Expedia but I left earlier than expected it was two days earlier but Hotel management wasn’t paying my dues. it’s I am considering as a highway robbery. I don’t recommend anyone for choosing this property for five star level staying. »

« The room and property were very clean. The property was situated conveniently off a main road so access to public transport and the beach was good but noise was less. Hot water. Nice towels. »

« Staff very unprofessional and room amenities was not sufficient for the guests »

« Building works are ongoing. Claims to have multiple swimming pools, I have only seen 1 in the 4 days I have been here. Room is small, view is horrible and the balcony has no privacy as they are right next to each other. Cleanliness is good as the hotel is new. Bathroom is tiny, knee touches shower screen when sat down. Shower pressure is low. Bath towels are quite small. Room service food was not great. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best, i understand that breakfast is included with...

« Partial beach view is okay. Cleanness is not good. Their toilet was not ready before check inn. Bad odor was there. They don't have any own kitchen and their breakfast quality is not good. »

« they say they have breakfast included, but they don’t give breakfast whatever they show the room when you go on the place they will try to charge more which one there will be showing you in app they will not give you the place »

« I booked this hotel for 2night in advancea and I paid money through expedia .when I came to this hotel for cheek in,they said they are full, they don't have any empty room.so I have to find out another hotel. »

« Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days. I constantly had to ask for more toilet paper. 45 USD a night for this is a joke! Even the name is a lie. The only view you have is right into another tall building. »

« I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. As i was not expecting anyone to come in to the room while i was out, i had left all my belonings in the room scatterd. I felt my privacy had been invaded so i told the reception staff and he said i should have put the do not disturd switch on if...

« It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
