„Serene environment“

„Clean environment, staffs very respectful and always ready to provide services.“

„The air conditioning was not cooling and the water was hot“

„Friendly staff. Good service and a restful stay.“

„Olin pidentänyt tunnilla checkoutoani, mutta huonreestani katkaisttiin silti sähköt normaalina aikana.“

„Enjoyed my stay with great service from the staff. The rooms are nicely updated and designed well. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommended especially if you are coming from abroad.“

„unsteady power supply and looks unsafe for international visitors. very poor staff/ customer relationship. very dirty and a lot of strange faces that make you feel unsafe. poor security details“

„A neat and well-appointed hotel that could easily pass as a 3-star facility by Western standards, though let down by the location that is not too central. The manager kindly offered to provide a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, though am not sure if that is free as I had a different transport arrangement. Emmanuel who checked me in was quite hospitable. He is an asset to the establishment as he did his utmost to make my stay comfortable.“

„They did not have my reservation“

„Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful.“

„Hotel was shut down. “

„If you book online, they will ask you to pay again, avoid!“

„Room , not cleaned well. Bad order or mold on long term non use. Safe did not work. My colleagues found bugs in bedsheets. The hotel had no correspondence with Expedia to confirm payment. “
