Brand new detached villa overlooking the gulf, with a private fenced garden and surrounded by 20,000 sqm of woodland. Two bedrooms (up to 5 guests). Fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to all areas of the villa, including the terrace and garden.
Villa Laura is set within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and enjoys beautiful views over the gulf and the surrounding hills. It is well suited for those who appreciate outdoor activities, quiet surroundings and open-air dining. Although immersed in greenery and peace, the property is not isolated: there are other homes in the same area, yet none overlook Villa Laura, ensuring a private and discreet setting for guests.
The garden is illuminated at night with soft dusk lighting. The property is fully fenced and the entrance gate is automatic with remote control access. The villa has been furnished by a well-known architect and features selected original design pieces, including lamps by Le Corbusier, Cini Boeri, Bruno Munari and Kazuhide Takahama, as well as furnishings by Zanotta and Molteni. Private parking is available for up to four cars.
Villa Laura is family friendly. Upon request and at no extra cost, a travel cot, high chair, children’s table with three small chairs, colourful plastic cutlery, glasses and tableware can be provided. The Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, allowing access to YouTube and Netflix (account not included). The second bedroom includes children’s toys, a large box of Lego Classic and a selection of children’s books. This room opens directly onto the spacious garden, where younger guests can play safely.
The villa offers two bedrooms: one double bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, accommodating up to five guests. A Smart TV with satellite system is available. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine. Both bathrooms have a shower. Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms and in the living area.
The large terrace features a lounge area with sofas and armchairs facing the sea, as well as a dining table for outdoor meals with a view. The property also includes a barbecue, outdoor sink and shower, washing machine with dryer and free Wi-Fi.
At the rear of the villa there is a spacious yet private courtyard with an additional table and service storage areas. The terrace and garden allow guests to relax in privacy on the two sun loungers provided, enjoying sea views surrounded by greenery.
