Girls trip

This house had a perfect set up for a mother daughter girls trip. Head games, pool and everything you need in the kitchen. Communication of the house was excellent and location amazing.

Absolutely Awesome

Just returned from a month long stay and we could not have ask for any better accommodations and communication with owner. The house is beautiful, well stocked, plenty pool and beach supplies and just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance also. I really cannot say enough good things about the house and surrounding neighborhood.

island getaway

Love this property. We would stay here again. Walking into the house made you feel right at home. Very close to the beach and the heated pool was awesome. Very friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed local restaurants. Watching the sunset from the Marriott was something to see.

Perfect beach house

Great location and very nice house!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house is located so close to the beach, and the rooms were all spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very nice but a heads up to families with young kids- it’s very deep and there’s no real shallow area at the entrance. It also has very little shade and the floor tiles around the pool are very slippery. Loved the nice bathrooms in the house and ample towels, and the bathroom door to the patio was also convenient. We wish the bikes would have been available as they were included in the photos, and the handle for the beach wagon was broken making it hard to use. The owner is very responsive and overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property!

Beautiful, clean and perfect location!

Lovely, clean home in a perfect location. Our group of 6 women really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The short walk to the beach was nice and thankful for the chairs provided. The home is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants which we enjoyed. Tracey was easy to work with and attentive to any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Great Couples Getaway

We loved this place!! The house is amazing. 3 large bedrooms and baths which were perfect for the 3 couples that were away. Spacious kitchen that we used often. There is a large living/dining area with plenty of seating but we weren't inside too often because we loved sitting outside on the lanai. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken so we werent able to use the pool as much as we had hoped but we still loved just sitting out by the pool area and even using the grill. It was a quick walk to the beach and all of the essential beach items inc lots of beach towels were provided. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very responsive when we did have some minor issues. Would def recc this place and hope to go back again!

Incredible location in a beautiful house

Could not be more pleased with the entire process. The owner was readily available for a couple of questions we had. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a great long weekend. The location is ideal...less than 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation in Marco Island

The house was very well organized and super clean. They had everything you needed for the beach which was just a short walk. The pool was heated to 85 and they also Had lots of pool toys for the kids. It was the perfect house! I gave it 4 starts for accuracy of listing because one room showed 2 twin beds and when we arrived the room had a queen. It worked fine for our family. I highly recommended this property.

Clean and cute house close to beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Villa Blanca! The house was very clean, in a great location and was perfect for the amount of time we were there. Everything was very comfortable and nicely updated. Communication with Tracy was easy and she called to check in upon our arrival to see if everything was okay, which was very nice of her. She knew exactly when we arrived due to the several monitoring cameras around the house. The house is in a great location and you can easily walk to the beach. Two people in our group used the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella for a couple of hours at the beach. It was nice that they these were provided for our use. Overall, this is a super house and you can't go wrong staying here! Just a little food for thought...If guests are expected to wash all beach towels and bath towels (only allowed to leave one towel per person upon departure) please leave laundry soap for this. It was an inconvenience to have to go buy soap to wash towels for a service we thought we paid for. While mentioning the towels, they were worn and pretty thin. Also, with check out time being at 10:00 am and having to have the laundry done, all garbage cans emptied and dishes clean and put away, makes for a very rushed morning. I'm sorry we weren't able to get dishes out of dishwasher before we left... just didn't have time to have breakfast and wait for dishwasher to run and put things away. ;) Thank you for sharing your home, Tracy!

Beautiful Home

We were attending a wedding in Marco Island so we decided to stay for a week and find a house that my wife and I and our two children and their spouses could all stay in. We picked out Villa Blanca based on the reviews and the house was perfect for our family and very close to the beach where all of the wedding festivities were held. The three bedrooms & three bathrooms were great for our family. Loved the pool and lanai for lounging around during the day and grilling out for dinners. Kitchen and house were well equipped for anything we needed and everything overall was very comfortable. House is close to the beach and many great restaurants. This will be our new go to vacation rental whenever we visit Marco Island!! Thank you Tracey for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect In Everyway!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. We attended a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and the location was ideal. We could walk to all the festivities at the JW Marriott in the evening and during the day we walked to the beach. We used the beach wagon and chairs included with the house and that worked out great. The entrance to the beach access is literally a 2-3 minute walk. Tracey's home is immaculate. The layout is perfect for three couples, each with their own private bath. The outdoor pool was such an added bonus. Anything you might need for your stay is provided. I loved the home so much, I want to move it North and live in it forever. Tracey is a wonderful hostess, very responsive and so nice. We are already talking about a return trip.

Wedding visit

Perfect location in quiet neighborhood for our friends wedding at JW Marriott with short walk to beach and hotel, but able to enjoy the comforts of a home. A few issues with the house being ready for us (water main was off and HVAC tech had to be called in each of the first few days), but the owner was readily available and got folks on site quickly to addressed the issue. House is comfortable, well equipped and we spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying the comfortable outdoor patio furniture and TV. Overall a great stay for our group of 6. I would recommend this property to anyone making a trip to Marco (far more economincal than $400+ per night they were seeking at JW for a single hotel room!)

Return Guests

We are return guests to Villa Blanca (4 times!). We always enjoy our time at the house and feel at home when we arrive. The home is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need from kitchen tools to beach equipment. The patio and pool area serves as an extra outdoor living room with wonderful sunshine in the afternoon. The location is perfect for beach access and any other island activities. Tracey the owner is attentive and easy to work with.
