BUGS!
We drove 13 hours to Marco Island and was looking very forward to our stay at this house. It looked amazing online and the reviews were great. When we open the door, there was bugs on the ceiling roaches coming out of the refrigerator and ants in our bed. We also had German cockroaches in the bathrooms. We were extremely tired and decided maybe we can tough it out and stay in the beds, but unfortunately, all three beds had ants in them. We ended up leaving all of our luggage in the car and we slept in the car that night. The rental company did give us an upgrade the next day and we appreciate that but still this is extremely unacceptable and they have yet to refund us our first night that we had to sleep in the car. I get things are not perfect, but this is extremely ridiculous to open the refrigerator and see over seven cockroaches run out from inside the fridge is mind blowing. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Verbo. Please see my photos attached. It is only allowing us to upload 8 photos, We have plenty more that I have emailed over to Verbo as well.
