« Susan was very helpful and accommodating for all our issues. Loved the location next to the plaza and the nice yard to sit in. We would come back here next time. Only issue is the street parking is crowded on the farmers market day (Tuesday) and Saturday. Other than that issue the parking was available. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was well-appointed, with a large kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing since we visited during an extreme heat wave. Lovely yard and driveway parking. Great communication from the hosts. The best part was that it was just steps from downtown Benicia which is a wonderful place to walk, sightsee, shop, and dine. »

A clean and updated mid-century modern property that is cozy and it's own private balcony. A wonderful heated pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Host provided all the necessities along with snacks, premium coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Onsite EV charger was convenient, just paid the local utility rates. »

« Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again. »

« My family of four enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. Only thing wrong is we wish we could have stayed longer. Swimming in the beautiful pool was a treat and hearing the neighbor's roosters & chickens were a delight. Bonus for the cute cows next door too. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Short drive into the square and vineyard for our event. Also liked the sound machine in the bedroom. Thank for a lovely stay. »

« This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene. »
