Online pictures are NOT accurate AT ALL. The lobby was nice, but the room was very outdated and dirty. There was a dead (big) bug in the bathmat when we put it on the floor. The furniture was old and beat up, it looked like a dog had chewed on the nightstands all the was across the bottom. The TV was an old Emerson, and wouldn't even get a single channel without a VERY snowy picture. The property needs a lot of work!!!

Go somewhere else
The tub had a hump in the back but you couldn’t tell it was there until after you stepped in. It felt like the floor underneath was bowing upwards and bending the tub upwards. My husband fell and busted his head into the tub. Barely had any hot water. Had to program the remote for it to work in the tv. Chips food and trash all stuffed into the chair.

Dirty clothing was in the room upon arrival. Cob webs and dust on walls and ceilings. Most of the light fixtures were not working properly. The refrigerator was freezing all the food and the temperature dial was broken so it couldn’t be adjusted. No cups were provided for the coffee maker which was disgusting and covered in a white film. When i called the front desk, i was told to come get some. The key cards would only work half of the time. Jade to go to the front desk to get help. This would be one of 5 trips i would have to make for issues. Apparently, the door was not working properly and you had to shake and pull the handle for it to read the card. I Had been there 3 days and the room had not been cleaned once. When I asked about it, i was told they were very busy. The next day the bed was made, trash removed and towels replaced but had not been vacuumed. This would be the only time my room would be serviced during a 6 day stay. Parking was a challenge as there were a lot of work trucks taking up multiple spaces. We were told to park in the adjacent parking lot of a closed business. No lights and in a sketchy area. Horrible experience.

Abandoned property (restaurant) next door and signs of squatters / homeless people. The rooms need to be painted and repairs done (peeling paint, holes in the walls, etc.) TV reception was poor, lighting was very dim, and the air conditioner was very loud and did not work properly. I had to request that my room be cleaned. I will not stay there again.

Nice hotel
The stay was great and very convenient to everything we had to do. Staff was nice and friendly. The maids were very helpful and supplied us with whatever we needed. The pool was nice but could have used cleaned a little better. They had this beautiful lighted gazebo near the pool where you can sit and relax. Dog friendly except the dogs cannot sit near the pool with you. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely stay there again!

The room itself was fine. I liked the bed and the fact that there was a microwave and fridge. It was very clean inside also. The breakfast was good with bagels and waffles, cereals and toast. The location is just horrible. Right off the major highway and next to a very large Pilot gas station where huge tractor trailers are coming in at all hours to refuel. There is constant noise and the outdoor location looks very rundown with litter blowing everywhere and looking generally unmaintained. Although the bed was comfortable we got little sleep on our second night owing to the fact that there were people shouting and screaming right outside our door until 4am. I can see that the staff try and do a good job but for these reasons I could not recommend.

The rooms where very clean and everything the said would be in the rooms was. The front desk associates were always nice and very helpful. We LOVED the breakfast daily. The pool area has an arbor to sit under and we spent the whole day by the pool while the kids swam and the adults talked and played cards. Pool area/arbor could use a little cosmetic work. We were extremely happy with our stay and will definitely stay again. The property is a little older and needs some cosmetic work.

Decent for the price…
The lobby area was nice, the door didn’t work and a sign read to ring for service so I waited about 5 min in the heat before someone said you could just walk in for check in. The room heavily smelt like animals, the toilet flushed all night long even after we tried fixing the seal, there were a few bugs, and there was a lot of dust and some food along the edges of the room. The bed was clean and decent to sleep on. The pool area was nice and again so was the lobby. The breakfast was cereal, bagels, toast, waffles and juice.

I really enjoyed my stay I even added an extra night because the rooms were clean the pool was close by and the ground area was clean and neat. The manager and staff was very kind and courteous. The parking was on point. Overall I enjoyed my stay
