Hotel proche de quelques restaurants. Quartier calme, peu bruyant. Hotel en bon etat, parking gratuit. Personnel sympathique et compétent. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable. Literie de bonne qualité, wifi fonctionnel. Petit dejeuner inclus convenable et suffisant. Bon rapport qualité prix.

English Translation: Hotel close to a few restaurants. Quiet area, not very noisy. Hotel in good condition, free parking. Friendly and competent staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Nice interior decor, a lot of rooms, pool looked good, off the highway some but quiet, small breakfast but had fruit, coffee. no working ice machines at this time, tv and channels are good, would stay again at that price

Room smelled the floor was dirty. We stayed here because it was pet friendly. They do have a place to walk your pet and the pool area was nice.

I have stayed at this location twice in the last couple months. The first time was bad but manageable not so much this time. The offer free continental breakfast and there was anything there except for a few mandarin oranges. Not even bowls for the cereal. I was vey disappointed this trip probably won’t stay here again.

I didn't like that the light would not come on when switch activated at the door entry, very cold air coming thru door when closed need new door seal, the little lamp on the right side wall didn't worked and toliet was wobbly and two regular size pillows for king size bed but other than that the room would be good for an overnight stay only.

First off, non smoking room had been smoked in and smelled moldy. Electrical cords from fridge, microwave, clock and tv all plugged in a surge protector, can you say fire hazard.Bathroom curtain had mold, ice machine broke.

Good value for the price
Two stays within 10 days. First stay--room had not been serviced in some time. Lamp didn't work, shower didn't work, no coffee cups, etc. Second stay--excellent room, everything worked and was up-to-date. Only problem on both stays--wifi was iffy, unavailable most of the time. Continental breakfast was skimpy at best.

Staff was great, hotel is decent for a quick stay, it’s not a bad hotel by all means, it’s just your average cheap hotel. Mold here and there but not disgusting. Nice quite area

You get what you pay for.
Hotel was decent for the price. We booked two rooms and they cannot put us next to each other because they said they were sold out. But they were hardly any cars in the parking lot. We went down for breakfast in the morning after had been open only for a half hour, and there was no food or coffee. And the lady said she was going to refill it but never did so we ended up leaving. So the point is just go pay more for a hotel that will actually have breakfast.

Most of the lamps were unplugged with no plugs close enough. The chair in room had food under the cushion. The microwave hadn't been cleaned. Bathroom was dirty.

I only interacted with one team member and that was during check-in. She was very friendly and welcoming. It’s an older property that has had some updates made but there’s still more that could be done. For example, the metal “shelf” with the hanging clothes rod had rust on it. It was a quiet time of year so not many other guests. There aren’t many choices in Marianna so it was comfortable and clean.

The Staff was very welcoming, the property is quiet and clean. The price is affordable.What I didn't like is that there is little to attention paid to the deteriorating condition of some of the amenities, such as the hairdryer and the fan/heating machine. Other than that I would stay there again and would recommend persons to stay there.

The place was absolutely filthy as soon as we walked in. Blood stains on the sheets and people sitting all along the side walks with no cars in the parking lot. We walked in walked out and requested a refund that I have yet to receive do not stay here.

This hotel was fine. It was an older hotel so not as nice as a modern chain but for the area it was good. I did not see any evidence of crime, nor did I feel unsafe. They seem to house people mostly around back away from the highway which helps keep the noise down. Overall, a fine experience. Staff was exceptionally nice.

Drive right on by…
This is an old hotel, furniture was torn & stained. We evacuated due to hurricane and upon check in if there were rooms available I would have left. All of the furniture, floor even the remote were coated with something that made everything sticky. I wore socks or clogs on the floor, I didn’t want to go barefoot. Bad weather or not…never again will we stay there. I didn’t want to bring in our belongings or use the ice out of the ice machine, I went next door to a gas station to get a bag. Continental Breakfast was not good, others went and said don’t bother. We left as soon as we get up once we got an all clear to return to our home once the weather cleared.

Aside from finding a cockroach under the bed pillow, the room smelled horrible, and the reception office smelled like a backed-up sewer when you stepped inside. Could not stay. Immediately packed our belongings back in the car (worried about them picking up bugs), asked for a refund, and drove 30 miles to find a different hotel.

The floor was extremely dirty. So bad I wouldn’t take my shoes off. The hotel is dated, metal is rusted, marks on walls and door, lots of garbage in parking lot…that is understandable. It is only $60 per night so I didn’t expect much. However, it’s easy to clean and this floor was not cleaned. Disgusting!
