« chambre bien décorée mais bruyante pas de réelle fenêtre avec l extérieur la climatisation est insérée dans la fenêtre et entourée d’un accordéon souple. Pas de régulation de la température de la douche. J’avais froid mais après demande j ai reçu une couverture en coton et au chauffage électrique c’était parfait! Le bar sert de délicieux cocktails le personnel est charmant »

« Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...

« We had a wonderful time here for a quick birthday getaway! The loft was spotless and very comfortable, check in and security were great and the area was very walkable. Would definitely recommend! »

« This location and check in process were really easy from LAX. Plenty of good places to eat near by. I’m super picky about beds and pillows and both were really comfortable and we all had great nights sleep. Would def consider staying here for future visits. »

« This is the perfect location to visit Malibu. The beachfront property and beach access is fabulous, definitely outweighs some oversights. Our biggest issue was when we arrived, the heat was on and the inside temp was 79 degrees while outside it was almost 90 degrees. We were slowly able to cool it down after 24 hours, but that was not the best way to start our stay. « Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay! »

« Check was easy, parking was great even though our car was too big for garage. Street parking was plentiful and free using the supplied hangtag. You can’t beat this location! We spent two weeks here and would definitely return. Jim, our host was responsive and always helpful. »

« Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. »

« I came to California for a long weekend to visit my new granddaughter. I wanted a location that was close to my sons's house. My plan was simply to sleep at the VRBO since most of our time was going to be spent at my son's house. This location was perfect. The property was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The host had excellent communication with us. Everything worked out perfectly. »
