« House was clean and well stocked. The area was convenient to shopping and beaches, yet quiet and friendly. The view of the canal was lovely. We also enjoyed the pool. The lanai had a lot of spiders and webs, reason for 4 on cleanliness. There were no kayaks as advertised, but we don’t kayak so wasn’t an issue for us. Overall we did enjoy our stay there and would visit again. »

« The property was very clean, also enjoyed the pool and the dock outback. I fished and caught multiple different types of fish in the canal behind the house. The house comes with fishing pools but you will need to buy reels if you want to fish, also the bikes come with the house and they are very fun to ride. I would come back to this house and recommend it to others! »

« Cute house, but several lights/switches did not work. Specifically the vanity lights over the Master sink. We were left a dishwasher full of dishes that needed re-washed. The dryer takes too long to dry clothes. Our feet were black on the bottoms if we walked barefoot on the floors. I tried to mop myself, but it was just a cheap sponge mop on the property that didn't do a very good job. Just an honest review. Not trying to bash anyone. We still couldn't beat the price. You can't even get a hotel...

« We booked last minute when we were able to get away for a few days. The home is a little older, but well maintained and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being on the canal and even had manatees vist one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and away from any busy roads. We would definitely recommend to others. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in April 2024. The pool, heated with roof solar panels was exceptional and warm and location on the wide canal offered beautiful sunsets. In our experience in renting these CC properties, we find the solar panel heated pools to be the best. We are truly outside people when we visit, however the home was well stocked with essentials, has beautiful new flooring throughout, nice baths, and is very nicely furnished with beiges and blues ( quite soothing)...
