„We had an amazing girls weekend here. Our initial plans fell through but having such a sweet cozy spot to explore downtown Mariposa from was awesome. There was plenty to do and see and this was a quite little place to have a nice evening.“

Several items in disrepair however suggests that owners need to spend more time to address these things - shower door, cabinet off the hinge, laundry dryer door busted, dishwasher and refrigerator doors broken, etc. Wish there were paper towels or napkins for our use the first night. Overall it was a comfortable, spacious and clean place.“

„We stayed here as we prepared for a backpacking trip in Yosemite. It's relatively close to the park and so was a perfect staging spot for us as we drove up from SoCal. Very comfortable, and clean. Hosts Jazzy and David were very welcoming in their communications and quick to respond (though we didn't need for anything!). Great games collection!“

„We had an ant problem in the kitchen. Every morning, ants covered the counter. I did call the owner about the problem. We also had a shortage of utensils in the kitchen. There were no teaspoons or tablespoons. We could use the hot tub, but some of the dials didn't work, so we could only turn on two jets. „We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful properly! Instructions were clear and easy. The house had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The pool table, Ping pong table, badminton was a hit with our kids (and us). I would definition stay here again if we head back this way in the future. Thanks for hosting us “

„This little house was simply adorable. From the bunnies and turkeys to the front porch. It was perfect after long days in the park. Excellent location to multiple entrances. My only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains, especially for visitors coming from the east coast. It stayed light so long and it was difficult to fall asleep. We used one of the many blankets to create a darker shade so not even a huge problem. The house is fully stocked, popcorn, coolers, hiking stick, ...

„Loved this house! It was clean, comfortable, updated, and had everything we needed. The game room and hot tub were added bonuses. A little over an hour from Yosemite, which is where we vacationed, but that was fine. My only tiny complaint was that the communication about the check-in process could have been a little earlier. Started to get a little nervous that we weren't going to get the instructions for checking in before we got to the property. But it was all good, and we got in easily.“
