« We didn’t care for the strong cigarette smell walking through the lobby due to the casino. We live in a non smoking in public places state and the hotel wasn’t advertised as allowing smoking, so that was a negative for us. Had we known, we definitely would’ve chosen a different hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice shower. The bed was large but felt lumpy and sunken in places. Definitely needs replacing. The ceiling had something weird hanging off of it with hair attached. « Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual. They had extras like milk and yogurt, etc. air conditioning was OK a little loud. »

« Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again. »

« If you like the convenience of bringing your luggages, there are No elevators to the second floor. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible, the eggs smelled sour, no breakfast meat, no fruit or bagels like most hotels. Parking was tight. »

« The room, in general, appeared clean. Upon further examination, the room corners had not been cleaned for some time, just swept around the floor lamp. There were spider webs and cobwebs present, and they had been there for some time. »

« Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. They were having a technical difficulty at the front desk, but staff was right on top of it, and did a work around to keep guests from being inconvenienced. Plus, it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The breakfast was a bit sparse on fruit and protein options, but it was adequate. Also, I missed having a coffee maker in the room. »

« The staff was amazingly friendly and nice. The staff was also very nice. The pool area, bar and restaurant was very clean and very welcoming. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub with a drink from a great bartender. The room on the other hand was poor. It stunk like pet urine. It was hot and humid out so it made it worse.
