« Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again. »

« Did not like checking in on a kiosk type thing. What happened to good old face to face customer interaction at check-in? For the money, it was a decent enough, but I probably would not stay there again. »

« Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early. »

« The property was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was just right with everything from cold cereal to pancakes. The property is well maintained. It smelled clean. »

« Everyone was friendly and helpful. The AC stopped working and they immediately moved us to another room. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a card and bag of snacks. It was a wonderful experience. »

« Baggage carts should be near the front so when people check in they're there. In the rooms make sure that ALL the outlets work and some are extremely loose. The bathroom was ok but not 100% clean and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Also whenever you say spa you should specify. »
