Fantastic ryad in Marrakech! The staff is truly exceptional; breakfast was great, and the Spa was traditional and very relaxing! Check in staff was always willing to help!

Nice Stay
Lovely stay at this riad! It is in walking distance to most of the main tourist attractions. Overall we liked our stay, the staff were extremely nice and our room was very pretty. It was a beautiful riad!

The host was great his name was Hamza he looked out for myself.Some man who claimed he was the owner of this establishment was beyond rude.

Bizarre mix up with the booking. After waiting for a while for the room to be ready we were shown a room with no bed set up for our 16 year old child. No mention of this at all until I had to ask (surely they would have seen 3 people and one bed and though to say something!). The response was a surly ‘the booking was for 2 people’ and ‘you’ll have to pay for another room’. I was not happy! I checked and confirmed the booking was for 3 people but this still made no difference. Eventually the manger was called and to his credit a room next door was provided and the problem solved. In truth. It ruined our stay however! It’s a beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful but the checking in issues left a sour taste sadly. It felt like we were being ripped off and forced to buy a second room but perhaps it was a bizarre mix up and just handled badly? Who knows.

The property was gorgeous and the staff even better - they couldn’t have done more to help. About 20min walk from the main square in the Kasbah area which we liked as we were away from the hustle and bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Amazing stay
This riad is amazing! The staff are very friendly and at your service any time of the day. They made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious, clean and with great amenities. The riad is in a convenient location walking distance to the Médina. Highly recommend staying here for an authentic riad experience!

Gorgeous riad in the Kasbah which is just outside the hustle and bustle but still very walkable to the main square. The staff were fabulous, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There is also a gorgeous spa with a hot tub, and a roof top pool and garden which were all beautiful. I would definitely recommend this riad, it’s pure luxury.

luxurious property
The room was incredible, huge space, private hot tub, the bed was the most comfortable we slept in for a long time! beautiful roof Terrace. Design of the property exceptional. Fantastic spa area, very tradational decor. Staff extremely attentive. Kasba is a refreshing Suurb a little away from Medina main square if you want peace and tranquility, close enough to hustle and busstle then this is perfect place

Located in the Kasbah
Central location but sketchy characters lurching to be guides and asking payment. The Riad was an oasis and everything there was lovely. Our room was even more grandiose than expected and we had a private rooftop garden were we took our complimentary breakfast. The staff were very professional and attentive.

Magnifico hotel-riad para descansar después de estar visitando Marrakech. Su situación es muy buena dentro de la medina, cerca de los lugares de interés y con acceso fácil. Las personas que nos atendieron fueron muy agradables y atentas, esforzándose en nuestra comodidad
