„The property was in great condition, well cleaned and overall charming. The beds were comfortable, the shower was clean and functional. The shotgun layout did require people to pass through all three bedrooms to reach the bathroom, but this was not an issue for us. „My overall experience was great. Finding the house and checking in was easy. I was hesitant about leaving my car on a major thoroughfare. But I parked it on Sunday and did not touch it until I left Wednesday morning. And it was just fine. The AC was cold and the bed was very comfortable. „The check in process was easy -- and I was grateful it was ready when I landed at noon -- and the property manager was super responsive when we had a maintenance issue. „Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. „Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. “

„This property was incredibly relaxing to come home to after busy days of being out visiting friends and family. The beds are super comfy, and it was easy to want to stay and read a book on the front porch. We loved the kitchen and had a blast making breakfast there every morning. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind. The art and decor all around the property made the stay even more interesting! We will definitely be back!“

"Nettes Art-Hotel, Zimmer mit Holzdielen-Fußböden. Frühstück war zu teuer für das was man dafür bekommt. Gute Lage im Business District. 1,5 km zu Fuß zum French Quarter. Parkplätze direkt gegenüber vom Hotel, allerdings sehr teuer 46$ für 24h"

"The hotel is located in the center of the French quarter. But is very quiet and safe. Close to the main spots to visit. If you look after something historical but high class and quality - this is the place. The guys at the front door and reception were very friendly and helpful. But a big compliment goes to Roy - the concierge. He provided us with many hints (not only for New Orleans, but also for our road trip). With his help we organized two tours (city bus tour and the Whitney Plantation). If you stay at this hotel, definitely ask Roy for advices! "

"La position de l'hôtel est parfaite dans le quartier français et il y a un service voiturier. En revanche, le prix des chambres est élevé, comme le parking, et la chambre était bruyante, il y avait un bruit de machine sourd en continu. Personnellement, cela m'a obligé à dormir avec des protections auriculaires. En plus, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. A cause de ces simples faits, il est clair que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Le minimum est de pouvoir passer une nuit au calme, ce qui n'est pas le cas."
