« We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. »

« Our family had a lovely stay at this Harwichport beach house. The interior was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four plus our dog. We had fun using the yard for outdoor games, used the grill to make dinner, and enjoyed making s'mores over the firepit. The house is an easy walk to the beach and the downtown shops are also within walking distance. We hope to return in 2026! »

« Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year! »

« We stayed at this home for a quick weekend visit to the area with friends. The house is what you would expect for a cape home with everything you could possibly need during your stay. « We had a great stay in Hyannis! The location is great for catching a ferry to Nantucket or the vineyard, and Main Street is within walking distance. The backyard is also very peaceful for a cup of coffee in the morning! »

« My stay here was just what I needed. The rooms were perfect, inviting, relaxed, clean, and there wasn’t anything that wasn’t thought of. Well appointed. The deck and yard was perfect also. I could have sat out there all day just watching the waves. I loved the fire pit also. I came home relaxed, but wanting to stay longer. »
