« Cute house and it worked perfect for a last minute trip. The house was clean and had all the comforts of home away from home. We appreciated the games and movies, the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were also very comfortable. We were in town for a work project and decided to stay and head over to the river to swim. The house was close to everything and our host was very communicative. She even extended early/late check in and checkout. We will stay here again. »

For reference, it is located about halfway between San Marcos and Kyle, so you can drive about 4-5 miles on I-35 in either direction and access restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. in both cities. The price is also very reasonable for the amenities provided. »

« Inside the home is nice & roomy. The location of the home is not exactly what I was expecting. The yard was not mowed and there was bird poop all on the front porch. I just felt like if it were my property and I had people staying I would’ve cleaned up the yard & porch better. The inside is nice but the floor hadn’t been mopped. The a/c is very good and the water pressure for showers are great! »
