    The Space:

    Welcome to our family-friendly retreat, a modern haven boasting over 3,475 square feet of elegantly designed living space. This luxurious abode is the perfect fusion of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a brand-new heated in-ground pool with a double waterfall feature and a spacious stone surround ideal for lounging. For further relaxation, immerse yourself in the six-person hot tub or find tranquility in the two-person sauna in the convenient pool shack, which also hosts a full bathroom and additional storage space. The outdoor area is an idyllic spot for daytime relaxation, with a gazebo, diverse seating arrangements, and an outdoor sound system. As the sun sets, the ambience transforms, revealing a gas firepit, a wood-burning fireplace, and enchanting outdoor lighting. (Guests must provide their firewood.) A full-size asphalt court is available for pickleball or badminton, and younger visitors can enjoy the play structure with swings and a sandbox. A solar-heated outdoor shower with a foot wash sprout ensures easy beach dirt removal. Nestled in the peaceful Parkside neighborhood, this property offers proximity to renowned attractions such as Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach, Loop Beach, and Johns Pond. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the two large gravel driveways, accommodating RVs, camper trailers, or boats. Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by beautiful wood floors, abundant natural light, and vaulted ceilings. The open living area, highlighted by a gas fireplace and an impressive wall of windows, fosters a sense of calm. An additional den and a basement equipped with various games, including a foosball table, a 10-player poker table, a full-size Ping-Pong table, a full-size pool table, and a karaoke machine, ensure endless entertainment. The full kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and generous stone counter space, stands ready for your culinary endeavors. Enjoy the balmy weather with a cookout in the fenced backyard. The home also includes central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi, ideal for Zoom calls, remote work, and media streaming with your own log-ins. A full-house backup generator is available. Things to Know The heated pool will be available as of April 12th for the 2024 season. The hot tub is usable year-round. There are eight additional beds in rooms for kids DANGEROUS ANIMAL EXCLUSION It is hereby agreed that we do not provide coverage for any property damage, bodily injury, or medical payments to others caused by any dangerous animal.

Fantastic Backyard Oasis

We loved our time in this house. The backyard was incredible - especially with a toddler that needed lots of entertainment. The heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court (more for scooting and kicking a soccer ball) and playground were perfect. The fenced in backyard was ideal for bringing our family dog. The house was clean, easy to navigate and wonderful location. Five stars for sure!

Great summer getaway

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Mashpee Commons, beaches, etc. Very clean with lots of amenities and gorgeous, private outdoor space with large pool. We had a couple of small issues and Vacasa staff were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect family house

Plenty of room to spread out and relax! We had 10 people in the house but never felt crowded. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids. And the hot tub and sauna were just what was needed after long day.

Lovely home for a family vacation

The home was beautiful and very clean. It had a fenced in back yard which is great for children or pets. It was listed as having an outside shower and that was not true. Could use an upgrade of their pots and pans. South Cape Beach is nearby and was a great family beach for us.

Awesome getaway

We had an awesome week at this beautiful home! Loved the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, game room and karaoke! The house was spacious, super clean and located in a lovely neighborhood. The “dog park” side yard was an added bonus for our pup and they even had a crate for him! The car charger in the garage was also helpful. There is a boat launch a mile away where we were able to paddle board (brought our own boards) across a beautiful bay to a strip of beach (permit parking only but you can drop car at the Woodland Preserve parking up the street). They did not have much for cooking supplies and no tea kettle or wine glasses but otherwise they had everything we needed to stay entertained and relaxed! We definitely recommend this property highly!

Beautiful Home

The house is gorgeous and was exactly as pictured. I had emailed asking for restaurant and nearby beaches and never received a message back. I then emailed asking if an early check in was available and again never received a message back. They need to stock with extra towels and throw blankets. Kitchen needs more bakeware and cookware as it was difficult to cook for 6 people. Overall though we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property is absolutely amazing. The home was very clean and maintained well. The owner provided bed and bath linens, starter shower items, paper products, dish soap and dish detergent. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, as well as some basic cooking items (spices, oil, etc.). The amenities make this property even more spectacular. The basement games provided us entertainment at night, while the outdoor amenities provided during the day. Our kids loved the sandbox and swingset, while us adults enjoyed the pickleball court and sauna. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We wish we had booked longer just to enjoy the property. You will not be disappointed if you book this property! A few things I would recommend bringing (determined on length of stay): Beach towels for the pool and hot tub, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent and softener or dryer sheets, and kitchen towels.

This is a very nice home with a luxurious master bedroom, terrific kitchen, beautiful landscaping outside, and a very long list of amenities including an EV charger and a home generator, if electrical service should fail. We arrived as a hurricane was passing off the coast and Vacasa (the property manager) was of no help when we tried reaching out for a local contact. Vacasa gave us plenty of phone numbers that were all self-looping. Upon arriving at the property there was a strong natural gas smell around the gas grill, and it was up to us to locate and shutoff the gas. While touring on our first full day, someone did visit the property and stow outdoor equipment away for the storm, but it was never returned once the storm passed. The swimming pool was heated, but that heat was not present after the equipment was stowed (possibly related). We also have two minor complaints: 1) there was no body wash, only shampoo and conditioner, and 2) only two towels were provided per person for a 4 day stay (bathing, pool, hot tub, and sauna). Really - 2 towels. However, there was a washing machine and dryer, if needed. But, I'm on vacation, so I'm not doing a load of towels!
