« Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. « Check in code did not work, and it took about an hour to finally get in with a new code from a gentleman who called and was gruff and unkind. Initial view outside home was unkept- full trash on curb, mailbox overflowing, torn flag, dirty doors and walkways. Area is very rundown and unsafe feeling but two blocks away is fine but we had no trouble. Inside was quite dirty- footprints on walls, all walls and baseboards needed scrubbed, floor made socks black in minutes, stained couch, stove was so...

« It was a good stay. There are a few things that are not up to code and the neighborhood is rough. But over all it is a cute little house inside. It was easy to communicate with the host. »

« Super disappointed in this rental. The pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were no linens in any of the bathrooms. They were all shoved in the dryer when we arrived. The house was filthy. The floors turned our feet black. The blankets on the beds had not been washed. The house clearly had not had a good cleaning in a while. We had 12 people staying there and we were all on top of each other. Not spacious for big groups. definitely would not stay here again »
