Our house keeper Nunzia was just amazing and helpful. The property it self needs major renovations it needs a total make over. There is no air conditioning so sleeping and staying in the villa was very challenging. The coffee machine didn’t work and the toaster was falling apart. We had such a bad experience with the amount of Ants that was in the villa also in my bedroom. Also the towels should be changed every day and fresh ones supplied everyday. We were 7 people for 5 days and we were expecting to do towels in a washing machine that holds 3 towels. The pictures do not look at all what the house looks like.

Beautiful property and magnificent sunsets!
Host was very prompt with communication and helped us arrange excursions to Mt Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculean, Capri, Amalfi Coast with private guides, skippers, and drivers. Beautiful property! Gorgeous views and magnificent sunsets! Only issue was no air conditioning. We were there during a very hot August week, so sleeping was a challenge. Would highly recommend.

Rustig met heerlijke uitzicht
Goed onderhouden. Alles perfect voor een hoge score. Voor ons echt de perfecte ligging. Twee aandachtspunten 1. Afstanden zijn kort. Maar verkeer rijd niet door. Dus de gemiddelde snelheid op de wegen is 30-40km/h. 2. Het terrein heeft meerdere woningen en zwembad wordt ook van andere gasten gebruikt.

Practical accommodation with great views!
+ The property has a lovely, large terrace with great sea views. Communication with Linda, the owner, and Nunzia, the housekeeper, was good. Nunzia enquired several times if everything was going well and even booked restaurant tables for us. - The interior of the villa is a little tired and would benefit from a refit. The villa is one of 2 top floor units which have adjacent terraces with little in the way of separation. This was fine when we stayed, but might prove a problem if your neighbours are noisy...
