„I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. “

„Kitchen could use a k cup coffee maker and large frying pan. Light bulb on microwave was out. Clock on stove was broken and the stove said hot surface even when it was never turned. Upstairs toilet kept running. Basement carpet had some stains. All just minor things that need attention. Overall really loved the place. Hope to come back next year!“

„This is a really lovely spot, spacious common area (kitchen & living room), and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fabulous location across from the beach. We were in town for a wedding & rented two units in the building for extended family, which worked out really well. Everything was as pictured; note is that one bedroom is only accessed through the bathroom or another bedroom, but that was not a problem for us. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions ...

„Our host was very helpful and communicative, both before and during our stay. He made himself available at all times. Both the house and the neighborhood were quiet—high value for us. The parking was free and off-street. The suite was roomy and pleasantly decorated, and had everything we wanted/needed. The bed was very comfortable! The refrigerator was larger than we expected (“small,” not “mini”). That—combined with the microwave, toaster, Keurig, hot pot, and dishes/utensils—made it possible ...
