I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations.
On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very ...
„We, 3 pers.and a dog,stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...
„The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment ...
„Absentee owner; Empty house. Difficulties opening the house and getting in. We were hassled by the police when we were standing in front of the house while we were unloading, on a road that had zero traffic, and while native residents down the road were often parked on the same road. Absence of a welcoming host that could help in our stay and make suggestions to improve our stay. The offerings in tea and coffee were meager.“
