„Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!“

„First I would like to say that the Hotel personal and service were great! Very polite, forthcoming and helpful! I would consider staying in this hotel only because of the great service. Unfortunately the photos look much much better than the reality. We were a group of 5 and rented an apartment with living room/ Kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. „We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One ...

"Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms were spacious, which added to the comfort of our stay. Another highlight was the large and varied breakfast selection, which exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is a bit outdated, particularly the spa area, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, having a car is essential as the location is not very convenient for public transportation. Overall, the price-to-performance ratio was good, and despite the minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our time here."
