« Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

« This hotel is a good deal for the price, but it is definitely a lower end place. The room was a good size, but again, worn around the edges. The food was not very good. »

« Fantastic stay. I had the sunrise cabin. Gorgeous views, modern updated cabin yet full of character and comfort. The breakfast was simple but delicious and perfect to start the day. The owners and entire team were extremely friendly and helpful beyond the scope of just standard hospitality. »

« If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great...

« Location was perfect for spotting birds and doing short (10-30 minutes) drives to other good birding locations. We booked the room with balcony. The room was clean and the bed was good. Patrica is the lady that manages everything. She also cooked great meals for us. So please order the lunch and dinner also there. We are very happy and enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended! »
