« Great staff, Nice decor. »

« The room’s thermostat had a note taped on it that said you couldn’t use it; you had to use the panel on the heating and cooling unit below the window. The heating and cooling unit’s caulking showed signs of leakage (there were brown stains on the caulking). There was no clock in the room. The lighting was very poor. « We only spent one night at the hotel, but it was just perfect. Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. We will absolutely stay here again in the future! »

« A great hotel, in a great city »

« Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story. « Great location »

« Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night. »

« We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv. Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator...

« Dont expect service of any sort that requires humans. They dont have a kitchen for lunch/ dinner etc. so food has to be delivered (to the front desk). If you expect a sofa bed to be made (booked a king suite for 3 people) - dont bother (pick linen up from reception & make your own bed). »

« Over all it wasn’t a horrible place to stay it wasn’t the cleanest place they ran out of towels and key cards. The bathroom sink wasn’t connected fully so when you use the sink water went everywhere. The pool was very nice no hot tub though. The breakfast isn’t that great but it’s something. »

« I paid for a suite but when I got there, they told me that they don't have any suites available. The room looked poor and breakfast was gone before 10 am »
