« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « The resort is an awesome place. The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »

« The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. « 2 things i didn't like. -The pressure of the shower was too low and the water was cold. -Internet is up and down. The breakfast is homemade and fresh. Eggs, toast, potatoes, etc. The staff is very kind and efficient. Service of transportation from/to the airport. Only 15 minutes from the airport »
