« The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. « The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
