« The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! « The resort is an awesome place. The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »

« Wonderful staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. There was even lots of hot water for a shower! The breakfast choices were excellent and the food was well done and tasty. The property is garden like with many plants and trees, sitting spaces and paths between buildings. A wonderful setting for rest and relaxing. »

« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. Doreen, i cant thank you enough for your help and awesome service. Will definitely stay again, thank you team Admas »
