« voilà Chaska est un petit village perdu, charmant et cet hotel s'insère bien dans ce décor au pied d'une pelouse qui mène jusqu'à un petit étang. Je pense que l'ensemble vaut la peine de se décentrer des Twin Cities. Le petit déjeuner est complet et offert, la wifi de même. L'amélioration souhaitable c'est que le patron soit plus souriant, plus aimable et ce serait parfait »

« This is a very basic hotel that has not had updates in while. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant it Thai. There are eating opportunities relatively close. »

« The bar/restaurant was under construction, make shift option available however does not have the same ambiance and certainly does not warrant the high price for the stay. We should have been made aware ahead of time or the price of the rooms should have been adjusted. Disappointing after several positive past experiences. »

Room was pretty rough, mini fridge didn't fit in cabinet so the cabinet door wouldn't close, phone had no cover on it not even the numbers and the remodel was rough in the bathroom you could see the hole in the wall where the old mirror (which was larger than the new one) was. They also closed one of the pools for a couple private parties; would have been nice to been informed of this ahead of time. We typically enjoy this location as we visit the area often. « The room was large and very clean, which doesn't happen often in most hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is adding additional lighting in the bathroom. The mirrors are esthetically nice but not bright at all. »

« Staff was friendly. 1st room didn't have heat working. Were moved to a different room and the tub faucet dripped the entire time, tub was gross and microwave looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. For nonsmoking rooms they smelled heavily of smoke. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again. »
